3 жыл бұрынHow to make mango achar in new way. This is a non traditional mango pickle recipe and it is not like Manga Achar. It is new recipe that I have developed to pickle my green raw mangoes.
This mango pickle recipe is crispy and tangy, balanced in flavor and mildly spicy. It is very addictive. Besides, it is quick and easy to make, doesn't require frying or roasting, it only take about 10 minutes to make.

It is actually much healthier to use lemons and limes instead of vinegar vinegar putrides in the stomach

5 medium size raw mangoes, peeled and cut into small cubes, into a bowl 1 litre jar Add: 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder 1/2 tspTurmeric 1 tsp mustard 1/4 cup Salt 1/2 cup Oil 1 tbsp brown sugar 1/3 cup Vinegar 2 bay leaves 1/2 tbsp crushed Red chilly paste Mix all ingredients Add to jar half Add 1 long green chilly Add remaining mango Store for 2 weeks And then it's ready to eat
