I really wish they had used a different name than Dickinson because that movie seems like it will be good, but not at all what the real story is. The fact that they are making it so different just makes me dislike a movie that I would probably like otherwise.

I hate the concept of the 3rd one, I mean, I like the story, how the girl's boyfriend broke up with her and she realised that she lost all her friends in the process of being so committed to him. But it's suggesting that females only have good friends among other females! I am a girl myself and I usually prefer hanging out with the boys, less stress, less drama. Girls are not friends with just girls, the introverted ones are, but seriously!

yeah! I found the concept interesting and it is an important lesson to learn. But the idea that she had to go back to her old friends and all of them are girls is a bit too cliche. I know that there are girls and women who tend to have mostly female friends but there are also some of us that have a mix. Also, I was considering checking the movie out when it released but they lost me when her new and old friend (who forgave our protagonist super fast too be honest, I mean I bet it sucked that your friend stop being in your life but okay), as I was saying, they lost me when her friend tells her that her ex moved on so what she needs to do is to find a "hot" guy. WHAT? I mean it is a romantic comedy so it is expected for it to be a romantic interest but what? I would I have enjoyed it more if the movie focused on building relationships in general as a way to enrich her life. Have her meet new people, make new friends, mentors, etc.
