I live in Southwest Florida, and love my glass roof. I don't understand why people would want to cover it

nice product but not for MSRP and not even for the "discount" the big discounts on this indicate it prob a fraction of the cost and high profit margin. I would say $250-300 at most. And i would bypass hanshow and look at ali or temu direct from factory making these and it will prob cost that much. Or just wait until someone gets in contact with the factory in china to knock it off or get same whole sale price to undercut hanshow and offer it for $250-300

Do you think some kind of soft felt strip or tape should go on top of the metal bracket or is it far enough from the glass to not hit when going over bumps? Just curious if it could cause tapping noises on the glass while driving over rough surfaces in the road. And great video, thanks for posting this.

Anyone know as to why my delivery date for my M3P changed?? It changed like three times since I put my order in and it used to say May 25th to June 22nd at first but as of this morning it says June 5th to 19th. I got a blue on black. Worst part about all this is I won’t be in the country between these dates so how will I even receive delivery? What will happen to my car?

Does it do a good job of blocking the heat from the sun or would a ceramic tint do a better job with heat protection? Also, can you see the motor from the outside roof glass? I already have a model 3 with a ceramic tint and was looking at some type of sun shade instead of the tint for my model y but not sure if it's better or not. Thanks

We all know that from the factory, something like this would have been an option priced well over $1000. While $479 (with the applied discount) is steep, it really doesn't seem that bad. Fit and finish appears to be quite nice, and I like that there are buttons up front and in the back seat...that's not something that would've come from the factory (more buttons, more cost). It does take up some of the viewable space...but honestly, I've had my car for 18 months and can count on one finger how many times I've driven around looking out the top of the car. 😀 I can, however admit that here in Missouri there have been MANY days when I had to have the AC cranked to get things cooled down...and sometimes, it's nice to just not have the sun visible all the time. Thanks for taking the time to put the video together, very informative.

Most people don't want a giant glass roof. Tesla shoud offer a hardtop Tesla 3 or Y.

You should’ve showed exactly how you installed the rear end of the sunshade and how you screwed it in.

You mounted the front wrong. The screw goes through the bracket first then into the metal. You did it wrong that's why it was more difficult for you.
