Another great video, so excited to see what's coming to winter haven. The more Infrastructure the better for us all. Winter Haven needs to catch up with Lakeland. Lakeland is flying high. Great job as always CLAY.

I’ll be in winter haven in august. I’m renting for a little bit then gonna purchase. Always love your videos on the area. Makes my wife and I more experienced to be moving there soon 🤙🏽

Do you anticipate the schools will improve with all the new construction going in? That's really the only thing I see as a drawback of the area

I do anticipate an upward trajectory with schools as we add more. Ultimately taxes are not high here; the higher the taxes USUALLY reflects towards quality schools. So it will be a process but it will get there

Still developing? Prett soon it will get fill up and houses will grow. Hope retail and other company will come.

It is still developing yes. A lot of room to grow in the south end but it’s still a smaller city none the less.

Is a Target coming to Winter Haven? I keep hearing they building one on 27 at the beginning of Cypress gardens Blvd.

I have not heard specifics on who will be there, but I know that we can expect some commercial. I have my ear open

Do you have any info on when the retail space will be complete at Harmony on Lake Eloise?

I do not know what to expect from the retail save yet. I would expect that to happen well after residential goes through a few phases. I will update if I hear anything

Oh no, why would DR Horton put express homes on Lake Eloise :( what a waste... they should have done Emerald homes and made it more high end

Not that I know of. A pretty big shopping center might be breaking ground on the corner of Cypress and 27. But there is the Eagle ridge mall about 15 min away and Pozner park about 25 min away wait Haily more shopping.

Infrastructure sucks. Cypress Gardens Road, 27/Lake Hamilton, third street etc. All suck. Winter Haven has the worst middle schools in the county. Low test scores, fights, drugs, bullying.
