Calories aren't my problem carbs are. I try to keep my carbs to less than 100 per day 25 carbs per meal. Keep up the good work my a1c is usually 6.5 dry wine also helps lower it

Hi Angela! Got a hair question for you. What number guard do you use to get your hair this length in this video? Quick hair history for me. I lost all of my hair during breast cancer treatment six years ago. I didn't cut my hair for four years and it had grown almost down to my waist, when I stretched my natural 3b curls out. Well, two years ago, I decided to start cutting it, and now it's in a short curly pixie cut. I actually want to go a bit shorter and start over growing it out and take better care of it while I'm growing it out and to let my gray come in. I will be 45 in November. Who knows, I might just keep it short like you! I love the ease of short hair. Sorry this was long. :) Also, love your videos btw!
