I agree about your take on Chicago. I was born and raised here always loved this city. I moved away for while but moved back. There's no other city like Chicago. I traveled and stayed many different cities and still Chicago is the best. The food, parks, museums, arts, lake, views, etc. 💜 I hope you enjoy it. There's always different events to attend. Trader's Joes is one of the best and unique grocery store in America.

I was born and raise on the Southside of Chicago, now I live in Los Angeles. Anyway, when I lived in Chicago, Ikea was way in Schaumburg Il, I went only once in my live time there... lol! Before I moved, we lived in Hyde Park/Washington Park, my favorite area in the Chi, is Hyde Park, but parking sucks there.

I tried posting this on a previous vid but some reason it won't let me. Anywho Hey Jordan I have been mean meaning to share some of my top places to thrift here in Chicago for weeks now. But better late then never. 1. Buffalo Exchange has two locations Milwaukee and N Clark. 2. Speaking of N Milwaukee the entire street of North Milwaukee from 1300 to 1500 in Wicker Park has several thrift, vintage & consignment shops. Like crossroads, ragstock and even some hidden gems. As well as a 2nd hand Sneaker store called Round Two. 3. Pilsen has a few vintage shops up and down 18th street Knee Deep Vintage, and Pilsen Vintage. 4. Brown Elephant is vibe a vibe & there are two locations. 5. Check out any Family Thrift Store they have dollars days and on Saturday everything is half off. 6. There is a huge Savers out in Orland Park which is a South suburb of Chicago. 7. There are plenty of Goodwills and Salvation Army's sprinkled throughout Chicago. I just thought about this store you might like at York Town Mall called Last Chance. I think you can find reasonable good quality shoes there. I haven't been in a while, but on Saturdays I think that's the day that they mark down items with a particular colored tag 80% and I think on Fridays it's 50%. But I have to warn you, there are a lot of regulars there who probably buy and resale.
