😂 right?!? I prefer my cloth headband but it was in the washer. I don’t recommend this type. It doesn’t stay on my head.

oh my I love olipop I haven't tried the other ones so I can't say and I don't drink soda so wouldn't be able to compare them but I just love them but they are expensive..

They are! If you’ve never had chia seed pudding before it may be a little strange for you in the beginning. It does have an interesting texture.

Ok, I'm not into beauty stuff at all, so please forgive me if this is a stupid question, but what is that lighted machine called you were rubbing on your face and what does it do? One of my favorite Poppi flavors is the Rootbeer because I think it tastes like the Willy Wonka Bottlecaps and their Orange Cream is also really good. My biggest go-to right now is the Waterloo Rose' All Day sparkling water.

Do you use all of the oils every morning? Do you use them at night also or something different?

I cant eat cottage or yogurt as is. I think it is texture related. I can mix in cruched pineapple with my cottage cheese or fruit or granola to my yogurt and have no problem eatting it.😊

Can you tell me how much coffee you use in this cold brew maker? I am interested in purchasing, but wouldn't have a clue what a good ratio would be. Also, thank you for your videos!! They really help give great ideas for eating healthy!! :)
