I’m from the area!! - Shop rite is the store you need to go to for what your looking for. Skip the Acme on the island, skip the Walmart, just go to shop rite. I’m GF as well and that’s where I find most things- especially from schaar. Cheaper than Thrive most of the time as well. There is one on 72 Stafford.

What a fantastic video!! Thanks for all those healthy and simple meal ideas, would love to see more, more and more!! Especially more crock pot recipes like your chicken/salsa one in this video!! I don't have a working oven right now and not a whole lot of time. More simple, healthy and quick crockpot recipes would be so appreciated. Blackstones are the best, basically a giant cast iron skillet. Care for it the same way you would cast iron cookware and you're good!

Game changer with shredding chicken breast has been using a hand mixer! I remove the cooked chicken, put it in a bowl, shred it with the mixer, and put it back in. Highly recommend!

After every use with the black stone leave the heat on low and pour a little water on it(room temp water) and then take a couple paper towels and hold them with tongs and wipe away all the food and gunk from cooking. After that’s done put a tiny bit of olive oil on it and wipe it around almost off and then turn the heat off and once it’s cooled cover it and you are good to go! It takes a couple times but eventually nothing will stick or burn! They are amazing!

Depends on the taco, but ground beef/turkey tacos with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Carne asada just needs some diced onion, cilantro and guacamole. Shredded chicken with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Fish tacos with cabbage and avocado and shrimp with cabbage or lettuce and tomato.
