The blue Z is properly NICE but the Nismo hits so hard w the black paint n those gen1 wheels. The GT4s give Blue Z vibes. Looks great no doubt. That being said, OEM+ all the way.

Bro im not a pro when it comes to mechanics but if u're gonna swap the transmission i suggest the straight cut gear, a wonderful practical one and especially the whine sound sheesh 🔥 Keep up the good work bro

I did the same to the fenders on my G. This is soooo much better than rolling the fenders and it looks OEM.

Definitely a hard choice but me personally I’d keep the Nismo OE+ and 2JZ the blue Z. Something about all OE+ Nismos that gets me.

Honestly like both but the oem Nismo wheels look better imo. If you could get really good fitment with the Nismo’s it’d be perfect.

Only because of its potential value, brother... if the numbers weren't matching, it wouldn't be an issue. People are just trying to look out my g... salute! Get grinding, lil brotha. The wheel and tire setup on the NISMO look way better... I would raise the rear up a bit to have a slight gap between the tire and fender. Try to stay away from excessive camber... function over form for the dub...

the car is beautiful damn i haven't tuned in for so long, what ever ended up happening with those state refs? im graduating next year and gonna buy a car after and go boosted but I may have to move out of cali altogether if theres no ways around state refs smfh

I’m actually using my Sony ZV-1 camera 📷 It’s a great vlogging camera and super easy to use. Only downside is that you can’t attach a (wide angle) lense to it

Question, if you do put the LMs on the mismo, what wheels would you look into for the blue Z ? Go back to the cosmis setup ?

The blue Z is going to have 15” weld beadlocks like I used too have with the LM’s up front and the Nismo will have weld 17” beadlocks with the LM’s up front also. that’s the plan once the Nismo is boosted too

Coming from another San Marino Blue owner..put the 2jz in there..that color is already rare so it’ll still be 🔥🔥..for the Nismo how about stroke it out to a 3.8? Like the 380 RS in Japan 👀

I agree. An RB would be sick. They’re also $15k just for the motor now tho haha but would be worth it. That would be a dream build for sure

@@lildavidgarcia that’s what I used to tell myself, until I decided ima do it anyways. You can get a motor cheaper anyway if you decide to build it you can always pieces the motor together without the parts you don’t need stock and just upgrade them while at it. Would run you around the same for a stock motor but for a built one

2j the blue if you want. It would be a fun build for sure. But to 2j a Nismo is a big no due to how the car was built. 2j is a great engine, no doubt, but tech, weight, reliability, and balance is why the HR should stay in.

Keep the Nismo a Nismo. No reason to not put a 2j in the regular Z. Cause a 2jz Nismo is then just a 2jz Z

Follow freshkiicks single turbo build on VQ motor for 800-1000 hp and 2j the blue Z, that way you keep best of both worlds
