lmao that was pretty good. I still die plenty brother wouldn't worry about that. but with practice and limit testing eventually you get the hang of quickly realizing which fights you can win and when you need to just abuse the haste and run like hell haha try to keep track in your head of which debuffs you have on you, pretty important. like if you get hit by spear perforate and hammer armor breaker, probably better to just run until that rend wears off haha

@@PJsurelypeople just think it’s bad cause it says -25% damage but in reality it’s -25% base damage, you can make that up very easily with things like 100 str 25 str going medium like you are, running something like a finisher offhand, etc and now it’s closer to like -10% which considering how much lifesteal you get is nuts

yeah it kinda sucks for people that don't follow the game pretty closely, it'd be nice if the tooltips were more clear but it is what it is. just try to do my part to spread the word that it's actually good hah

heard some people say it was, didn't get to try it myself tho. was sick when ptr opened up and it was too dead to get an opr match by the time I got on. did see a streamer try it in pve though and it was actually connecting on some mobs that I know it currently just swings right thru their head so that was a good sign hah

was waiting for the bow spam exploit and lifetaker bug to be fixed before I bothered doing any pvp because it seemed kind of miserable. trying a new build out this weekend tho, if it goes well I'll probably do an update monday most likely

I tried basically the same build but light with featherweight, basically the same damage but way less tanky. it's playable but I didn't do nearly as well with it

@@PJsurely Can confirm that hatchet GA in light just is squishy as Hell. Though, I'm not running Featherweight, I'm using Tumblers for the 10k Execute damage XD

yeah I guess I coulda explained that hah haste cap is 50%, zephyr cakes say 10% but they're actually 15%, berserk is 20%, torrent 20%, social distancing 20% so we can pretty regularly be at the 150% movement speed cap

thank you my man, i was giving perforate another chance because it's pretty big value in my regular spear build without scorpion's sting, but for this build I really only use the spear for a burst combo then back to hatchet so I think I'll probably just stick with the cyclone version

@@PJsurely ah fair enough, was wondering to put leeching cyclone on body or fortifying perforate as I enjoy your build and playstyle so leeching cyclone it is 😅

yeah they're definitely both worth having for whichever one you use, I just put both on 2 pairs of gloves so I don't have to change anything else in my build when I switch, but if u can only craft or buy one I'd say cyclone is usually more valuable just for blowing people up hah

@@PJsurelyI have a love and hate relationship with the hatchet, it was the first weapon I leveled with and in pvp sometimes you feel so good when the hits connect and you burn down an opponent and sometimes you are just whiffing at air watching the player you are attacking run away 😅

yeah I plan on trying out the medium chest artifact, if it negates most of the damage loss from blooddrinker then I'll probably try some different weapon combos out as well

no troll man spend like 20 mins a day for a month on kovaaks aim trainer, you'll be amazed how quickly your aim improves. mix in some click timing and tracking

I'm working on an update video for what I'm running today, might be better suited for you since it has some ranged damage but a lot of playing solo is just choosing who you fight and when to fight or run. for this build you're the fastest player on the field with all the hatchet haste so you have to take advantage of that when a fight just isn't winnable. do a lot of limit testing against clumps and you'll eventually get to the point where you can very quickly tell if it's worth sticking around

thank you my man, yeah I can do that. build will probably be changing when the next season starts in a little over a week, but most of my gear are named items or can be replaced with named items so I'll try to explain how you can copy the build without worrying about crafting as much as possible

yeah the named item changes they made are pretty nice, don't have to worry about crafting at all really if you don't want to, but I'll get something like that out probably this weekend or something. hadn't really thought about setting up a discord server honestly, I usually just tell ppl feel free to message me if they have questions or anything. same name as the channel not like I'm hard to find hah

I'd try a vpn or something brother, 200ms is crazy. and probably because i only really use 1vx clips I guess. couldn't tell u the last time i lost a straight 1v1 but to me that'd be a boring ass video. I run into premades all the time too, but as soon as I realize the other team zergs better than mine I just ignore the team fight and go back cap so that's never anything worth putting in a video

just gonna assume you haven't played in a while brother. the exploits have been resolved and the bugs are minimal, minor inconveniences at worst. I'd recommend giving it another spin, still good fun

Have you seen the difference in war. People are basically unkillable look at war totals now the top fraggers have like seven kills if that doesn't say something every patch is chasing whatever is the "best" something is broken for weeks the only positive thing is conversion to c++ so they can make changes on the fly but to little to late the game will get a second breath of Life when it goes to console hopefully but Star citizen should be 3.23 at that point and i can finally say goodbye 40$ plus dlc for 7k hours I got my money worth xD

personally I couldn't care less about wars. war loggers love to complain about the meta when there's an obvious counter to basically everything in the game. I simply can't be asked, much more fun going solo in the casual modes. I'm looking forward to a lot of the upcoming changes, but if you don't enjoy the game anymore and don't have fun then yeah it makes sense to look elsewhere, that's the whole point of gaming looking for fun
