Hey Guys!! They made a ton of changes to the old legendary weapon quests that many people I talk to seemed to have missed!! So I wanted to share exactly what’s changed!!

The quest chain to get access to Eintou seems to start in Great Cleave with James Sexton who can be found on top of the outpost wall giving a quest called 'Shadows Cast By A Final Salute'.

A few weeks back I started grinding weapon mastery quests like you recommended here, and you're right, it's a great way to solo farm orbs and shards. I usually net 10-15 orbs a day for a few hours of effort, and a lot of the places can be cheesed when you can't outright solo them. Corruption and Ancient Ward gear might also helpful for some. Also, about your hotbar... Thirsty?

Thank you very much for covering this information! I had no idea this was a thing. (I'm a new player that started several weeks ago.) Leveling is so quick I hit 60 before discovering the majority of these areas/quests. Hope they alter the weapon rewards so we can upgrade them to legendary. I've always thought epic gear quest should be a thing as it pull players into the lore of the game and adds investment. Hmm, noticed the lower level healing potions the mobs dropped and made me think, potion making should build of lower tier crafts. Would add use to those lower tier potions. (Like the musical instrument crafts, have a tier 2 potion, distill it with other ingredients to refine it into a tier 3 potion...) Anyway, thanks again!

Unfortunately, I completed most of these chains when they were first introduced before gypsum was even a thing. I also did the long grind to 600 gear score pre-expertise and did all my professions to 200 before the requirements were reduced. After all this I was extremely burnt out on the grind and left the game for a year. Now that I'm back I'm feeling kind of screwed by all these changes. Not to say that any of them are bad changes but I'm definitely bitter about the time I wasted when the game first launched. So for any new players the best advice I could offer if you're feeling like something is too grindy in New World? Quit playing for a few months to a year and wait for it to be patched down to something trivial lol

I just soloed this weapon quest for the fire staff and found it was very fun. I used a 600GS fire staff with corrupted bane and armor with corrupted ward. It was a kick in the crotch to get a 580GS fire staff at the end but it was tons of fun to get pulled to areas of the map that I have not visited in some time.

The gold adds up quickly too 😉

Thank you so much! I’ve just started a road to 500k series on my channel and this has helped. Not because it’s a crazy money maker but because I can use this to upgrade my ward gear so I can run higher mutations!! I think I made 5-7K Gold for completing two of these quest so it’s a good and different grind.

Does the pre-requisite side quests in Great Cleave and Edengrove include the Expedition quests? Keep up the great guides man, I appreciate them a lot!

All quests from ReekWater,and white maps and some of Quests on Ebonscale gives Gipsum Orbs, they make this update months ago

Don't forget the 2 orbs from using the potion to get 10 drops from 55+ mobs. Very quick to do everyday.

Hey man love your content im following so many of your guides and really enjoying the game! I was wondering where do you get all your dooe looking outfits from are they ones purchased from the store or just really good looking pieces of gear?

I just grinded expertise in Genesis regular runs. In 2 days I had all my armors at 600 and my main weapons as well. Id say its a waste of orbs to spend pre 600..

did they fix weapon quest (Hold Back The Night) to??? will try later.🤔

611 average gear score and every cast is always below 600, usually in 590s.

Recently people start selling massively their major loot luck trophies as it seems to trigger another ''how much luck is good and how much is too much'' can u give ur comment on that?
