Hi, what would you recommend for fire staff/ice gaunt perks in PVE?

Hello. The best perk will be always the Bane of the enemy type. Then a nice addition to that would be Vicious and Chain element for the group of mobs, or Attunement for the bosses/single targets. Note that chain element would be best if its strong vs the enemy as well. Example - Angry earth = chain fire / Lost = chain nature etc.

How did you get the items the way you want them ? can you change the perks ?

Hello bogdii. Not sure what exactly is your question, but usually when you aim at certain items you are looking for 3 specific perks on them. If you build requires low constitution, you will also need to avoid stacking CON on the items. The best 2 ways of obtaining the items you need is via crafting or the trading post.

What is the benefit of using a 20% gem over a 50%

The scaling for T2 elemental gems is giving higher split damage over any other tier for all INT based weapons. There were a lot of discussions in the past regarding that and many believed that it was a bug. However, it's just how the game works. There are many builds in which T5 could be the better option, but I personally prefer the T2 burst damage.

hello plixx, the best to *farm* pvp items is by the PvP track. Currently that's the most rewarding and efficient way, so if you want to get good, or even BIS gear, you should play arenas and OPRs.
