Hell yeah man carry me to victory!

From brief look Takeshi's spear/ls was based on 'old' mechanics in-game that allowed buffs to STAY after weapon swap. He maintanes all his fortifies when swapping to spear which is why that build was good back then (and in general life staff off-hand even without any FOC for that alone). Right now, neither of fortifies will carry to spear and fortifies themselves are way worse than before. This beggs question what did you modify and are you still speccing FOC/DEX like Takeshi (Kristofer mentioned you're tanky which would make me say no way to run 10k health like with old fortify techs that allowed not taking 10% reduced crit dmg taken from 150CON).

@@nuffim Heh, sure :) But either way I will make a guess. Seeing values of heals that kristofer was getting you should be 150FOC (it has best scaling and perk so most obvious choice as well). I do not see your dmg so I'm not sure if you went more into the spear dmg or survival via CON but guesing based on white removals of enemy health bar that only you were doing and were in vid I think you went more CON for survival. My best guess would be an even spread of 50STR/150DEX/150FOC/170CON (hitting all the important thresholds), orb+sacred+embrace with mending orb on weapon. All in all ~45% dmg and heals sacrifice from baseline 'non-hybrid' builds but get both instead of one. Close?

Do you know the stat distribution for the Spear/LS or the skill tree?

If they're using Takeshi as a reference, I'm guessing 100con/300dex/100foc, Vault Kick, Javelin, Skewer, Sacred Ground, Orb of Protection, and Light's Embrace. Takeshi has just over 10k hp, which I think is 100con, and then the heals in SG aren't super strong (saw 600-700) which makes me think 100foc w/healing bonuses. Light armor, Enfeebling Skewer on the Spear, Sundering Jav on armor maybe. Fortifying SG and Mending Prot to boost fort and healing bonus. Not sure which would be on armor or weapon. Not seeing any Shirking Heals proc on the one Takeshi's duel I watched, but Shirking Fort does (this was 7 months ago pre Shirking Fort nerf, so Shirking Heals might be better now if you can proc in a Sacred /shrug) With the current meta I'd assume as much elem/phys avers and thrust/fire prot as you can get.

Does he have a build channel?

If I remember Kristofers build, he’s specced into more dex than int for the rapier dmg.

yes. Sorry, but all the "pro" streamers for this game cheat. Amazon does not condone using macros and animation cancelling, and every single of these dudes uses it.

@@nib6383 Not even remotely. In fact the top 50 minimum of leaderboards on any given server ALL use cheats. Its literally the only way to compete. You can see the macro usage in any of their VODs once you know what to look for. Latency alone ensues that the split second needed to pull of animation cancelling in heavy combat will not be achievable, unless you use a macro. You have no idea how much cheating is happening in this game. Its worse than you can imagine.
