I will explain how to set a world record for the flight time of an origami airplane, as I developed this model myself. The reigning leader in the dwell time competition is the Sky King Zero Fighter. It is the current Guinness world record paper plane. Paper size is A5.

【RECORD】 Longest flying paper aircraft- duration
The longest time flying a paper aircraft is 29.2 sec and was achieved by Takuo Toda (Japan), in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima, Japan, on 19 December 2010.

Takuo Toda PROFILE
Born in Fukuyama, Hiroshima,1956.
President of CASTEM Corporation and Chairman of Origami Airplane Association. In elementary and junior high school, he was a long-distance track and field athlete. In high school, he was a member of Kendo club. Entered Gakushuin University Faculty of Science, but dropped out and transferred to Waseda University Faculty of Science. After entering the university, he belonged to a mountaineering club, but after falling ill in his second year, he started making paper airplanes. After dropping out of university, he returned home and joined a self-employed precision casting company. The company manufactures aircraft parts as well as precision instruments, but at the same time, he hopes to become an evangelist of origami paper airplanes.

back fold：0cm nose:0.5cm,ignore the thickness of the paper back：1.0cm，1.2is better for throw high vertical fin：2.0cm， 2.4-2.5cm(if back is 1.0cm) roll fold:2.3cmor as the video，i prefer 2.3 little wing:0.4cm little wing reserve：0.4-0.5cm，i prefer 0.4 triangle fold back：all i will talk about the evidence after my midterm exam.

this vertion of skyking is not the one use in 2010 to break the world record. Mr. Takuo Toda's real version is only known by few people. skyking doesn't has fold back, the length of the plane ignore the nose should be 13.5-13.55cm. so it means no fold back. when you compare with the little wing, this vertion is too short. you will notice that by observe the trapezoid. the little wing is also too big, i guess it is 0.4cm. the zero is a better edition, but i there is one main difference in the wing

Hello Takua Toda Sometimes i fold the skyking or zerofighter but it doesn't fly well how to make it fly for long time in the air? i throw it hard vertically but it only turns and the winds make it fall down

it's either the paper your using is way to big or heaving or either too thin and weak or even you made the lock wayy to big and you need to make some adjustments on the wing too

Mr. Toda isn't the tail lock suppose to add more drag why can't you just not add tail lock.

Thanks for the comments.This plane has very narrow sweet spot and may not fly as good without "fine tuning" after creating one.
