It's not about running away, it is about playing to your strengths and not your opponent's. The same can be said for any weapon type and armor weight combo and play style.

@@Amayi1 Respectfully disagree. Most of the players I've seen who use the rapier use it to get away and reset the fight and then then switch back to their main weapon(aka run away). Some peoples strengths can be running away that's fine, but it is what it is and I don't find that gameplay very interesting or skillful personally. But opinions are like buttholes, everyone has one and they are all full of crap at least some of the time :p

@@shadex582 yep, everyone has an opinion and a butthole as you so eloquently stated. Playing to one's strength is doing what the game allows without cheating. It is not based on what other people's standards are. Whether you and I agree that what they do is skillful or interesting is not is irrelevant, so long as no one is breaking game rules cheating. It is what it is. No one does real life fighting in the heat of battle hoping someone thinks their method of survival is interesting or skillful. The point is they play to THEIR advantage not the other person's. So yeah, sure, again everyone has an opinion and a butthole. I don't know what else to tell ya.

That will work - play whatever is most fun to you - get wildly good at the combos and you'll have no problem in pvp

I like it personally for 1 v X situations. For 1v1 attunement would be better

Any player with 4 freedom or more will completely avoid getting swept after a vault kick. Also, this build is great at killing healers / light armor players but you'll have a harder time bursting down bruisers without perforate

@@xKrazed vault kick has 1.5 sec stun. lets say vs medium 10%+40% x4 freedom = 0.75s stun. i can sweep after vault no matter what. but maybe im missing something

@shloms6862 I've tested it in game multiple times - I ran this build a lot and 100% 4 freedom is all it takes to get out of vault kick before sweep

I have not tried heavy, but im sure it's pretty competitive!

You can try it - Spear doesn't need refreshing perks since cds are pretty short as is. If you're broke just use the shirk heal pvp track gear

Tried it - when I dont have a healer I prefer mending form

I do still play, and I have been enjoying Perf still, but sometimes I swap it out for vault kick. Jav could work as well
