WHAT os wrong with your Parade Commentators!!??? The reason parades are enjoyable is because😮 of the music played by the marching bands!!! You had many, many US bands that travelled thousands of miles and spent at least a million pounds starling to get there….please SHUT UP and let us hear the music???!!!.,.for the love of GOD pay attention to what your viewers want. Tuned in from Vegas to watch a bit of home. All second rate marching bands that couldn't book a major parade in America. One band had a story, and that went over the hosts heads. The band was supposed to perform in 2020, but the parade was canceled. The irony is that while the High Schools band finally did perform, all of its 2020 members would have graduated. Had the 2020 bands members regrouped and then performed that would have been a great story regardless of performance. My sympathy to those 2020 band members watching from home. I am sure there were many others watching who suffered the same circumstances in 2020. Turned off after the interview with the American Cheerleaders who stated they rehearsed a full 2 days to be in the parade, really, really!? I was convinced it was at least 3 days of rehearsing. This was followed by the dreadful Country singer(?), Harleymoon Kemp, words cannot describe how awful was the noise she emitted! I am torn between her being banned from singing in the UK, or sending her on an extended goodwill tour of North Korea or France. Next year a shorter parade, and a lot more British please (sans Harleymoon)! And a note to band directors, the musicians instruments must come to ambient temperature prior to tuning or you must constantly retune throughout. Going from heated hotel or vehicle to performance invariably leads to out of tune instruments, and each different instrument goes out of tune at a different rate.
