What a great Vid! LOVE Asian Food!, many Asian Countries like China ,Japan ,Korea ,Моngolia ,India and others use ancient cooking recipes for dishes that were prepared thousands of years ago for their Kings and Emperors ,Artful ,tasty meals that are still cooked nowadays exactly the same way it was cooked then but for everyone to enjoy ,rich and poor , thanks guys and pls. Most of the water your body absorbs comes from the large intestine . That’s why if you have diarrhea , you get dehydrated . So veggies that are stir fried are not going to make you sick
