I was all for this until I saw the center of the burger. I know people say it tastes better rare, but I just can't do undercooked ground meat. The texture makes me gag.

Salmonella poisoning. That meat was raw and bloody purple not red. Any longer it would start turning brown and stinky.

Amazing looking burger. I mouth even dropped when the cook added the Mac-n-Cheese patties as the buns 🤤. But I thought I was the only one that noticed the burger was too raw, until I saw the comment section. Nonetheless, amazing!!!

@Black Lantern SN, you are wrong. The pasta is not half-eaten, it is freshly made , refrigerated then prepared. It is more expensive to use Mac & cheese because cheese and milk are costly, it is cheaper to make or buy bread. You can tell the difference between the bread buns and Mac& cheese buns. They feel different in your hand and mouth.

Very interesting! The macaroni look delicious, and appears to be a very desirable replacement for a bun. The hamburger patties are too rare for my taste, and I don't think undercooked hamburger meat is really healthy or safe. The huge amount of cheese put on the hamburger is very cool.
