It should be like the Indian shaved ice where they first make gola and add syrup to the cup or glass and then put the gola and more syrup on it . It just tastes yummy 😋😋😋

if you actually look more close, she is filling up the bottom first and then putting her arms in a way so the snow doesnt fall off. She then pushes the snow inside, if you didn't know
