I do video, and live stream content covering The New York Yankees, New York Giants and Los Angeles Lakers, which has also lead to the nickname "LakerDog".
You may ask yourself, "If Baddog is a Knicks fan, why does he do Los Angeles Laker content?"
The Reason for this is because I have a family, and because of my work, and gym schedule, streaming all of The Knicks games would be impossible, so I began covering The Lakers in late 2018, because most of their games are played at 9:00PM EST, or later.

Everyone who thinks Mara is still trying to be Jerry Jones was proven wrong here. He expressed his opinion, but still left the final choice to Schoen. This is Joe Schoen’s team, and he will get the 4-5 seasons needed to properly rebuild.

After seeing that episode I’m less inclined to buy into the whole “what the hell do I know I’m just some guy on the internet” argument about how we don’t know what we’re talking about. The conversations that were being had were almost identical to what KZfaqrs and commenters were saying 😂. We’re all qualified 😂😂

No it is bad, just because he is 14th in aav doesn’t excuse the performance or paying him that much when there are so many holes on this team. He is grossly overpaid and hinders the opportunity to bring in actual good talent. There are plenty of QBs who offer the same play and make way less money. The only upside is that there is an out after 2 years.

You're right, they were in a pickle and didn't take his 5th year option, but it's not a bad deal at all. They can get out of the deal after this year, although there isn't much qb talent next year that I'm interested in.

The Daniel Jones contract really set them back. Joe overestimated his value and contributions. Think about this his 40 million a year contract came off a year where he threw 15 tds. Thats less than 1 td a game. That's not 40 million a year. They should've asked the detective. The detective would offered 15 million a year and a ham sandwich.

I don’t think Schoen or Daboll ever liked DJ. But DJ saved himself with a winning season in 2022 and one playoff win that pushed the Giants out of a top pick for a QB. Then this past year TT and Cutlets saved DJ by pushing the Giants out of a top 3 pick with a few extra wins. DJ doesn’t have it. Bad o-line or not he’ll have had 6 years to prove himself. It shouldn’t take this long regardless of anything else

It was a solid episode. Love behind the scenes aspect of how they analyze players. Obviously, there's more in-depth analysis they're leaving out since some of it looked a little scripted. But the big picture was Joe admitting the biggest needs this team has atm. Oline, CB, #1 WR, and Pass Rusher. He already addressed 2 with Nabers & Burns.

A couple of thoughts on the Saquon Barkley affair. First off - I was a Saquon Barkley fan. Nothing would have pleased me more than to see him and DJ lead the Giants to a Super Bowl victory. That didn't happen. Looking back on it all now that he's signed with the Eagles I can't help but feel that he blew it. He wanted the Giants to pay him McCaffrey money and he's never played at McCaffrey level. To be honest, he never played close to the 2nd pick in the draft level. Excellent running back when not injured, but not elite - never really made a significant difference to the team's record. So he settles for less per year than the Giants offered him in 2022, and joins the Eagles with longer contract, but not significantly more guaranteed money than the Giants offered him. I can't help but feel that he went with the Eagles to spite the Giants and their fans. And if we find out that another team offered him more money than the Eagles and Barkley turned that offer down, than I'll have to cross Barkley off my "Giants Forever" list.

I’m def worried about how invested Joe was in on DJ. We will see how it plays out but man that was tough to watch the head scout talk in favor of Saquon and the Dir of Player Personel ask what the identity of the team would be without saquon. I think Joe had to talk himself out of Saquon the entire time even when he was talking to Frank gore “Saquon had 600 carries at Penn st….”. They were using DJ money as an excuse too like you are the one who gave him that. Still giving Joe benefit of the doubt but he can lose me fast this season if this team is trash. I would rather have a Devito/Saquon combo at a cheaper price than a DJ/Singletary at a higher one. Great vid Baddog, and appreciate you giving us fans a platform to respond to this issue/topic.

Yes he added 2-3 guys to the Oline, maybe you wanted him to put ALL RESOURCES in the Oline. Maybe you wanted all the draft picks and ALL free agent signings to be Oline men. I wouldn't be shocked with some sport fans. He tried to sign Barkley to a contract in Nov 2022 for almost 16 million a year, Saquon turned it down. The guy is not gonna sign Barkley when he's now two years older and with EVEN more injuries piled on him. But I understand some fans know MORE than Schoen and you, I bet happen to be one of them of course.
