Girl I’m a flight attendant and just a heads up, be very careful when going to the gym straight after a long haul flight. Your blood is thicker than usual and your body is somewhat hypoxic, just do light cardio for like 20 mins (just to get the circulation flowing again) and then get back into your normal routine the day after xx

makes sense! and also any good coach will advise you to stay away from gym if you have not had a decent sleep and feel exhausted
