I'm not really sure that collagen is absorbed into the body through the digestive system in the way you are hoping unfortunately- I doubt it is transferred to the skin as it's likely just converted and absorbed as protein/fat like nutrients in normal food would- just mainly fuelling the body rather than targeting the skin. I would LOVE to be proven wrong though if anyone knows as an accredited Dietitian?! 💓🤔💓

Sammy! i had my ear pierced about 10 months ago and they are still playing up - i changed my sleepers to studs and bathed my ears in salt water once a day and it really helps - I think its easier for your ears to heal on a straight rather than a curved angle if that makes sense :) thats what worked for me and i didn't have to get them re pierced haha yay small wins

tea tree oil will help with the keloid (if that is what it is) on the back of your ear! My nose piercing always gets a keloid and it always help!

Hi Sam! I have some tips for your piercings if they are irritating. When you get a new piercing, the best way to clean it is to put some boiled water in a cup with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt in it ( without iodine!) Let it cool down till it's lukewarm and then put your ear in the cup for 1 minute. Do this 1 time a day for six weeks straight. Afterwards you can dry the piercings with two cotton swabs, just avoid turning and touching the piercing. Don't use harsh stuff to clean it like unicura soap or sterilon. If you get new piercings, switch to a smaller bar after 4 months, and wait till the piercing is completely healed before switching to a whole different kind of jewelry. Oh and if one of your piercings that is almost healed acts up again, just repeat the salt water method! It works the best for me, and it causes no harm to your body.

Hi Sammy, the issue with the footage might be due to corrupt sectors on the SD card for the camera. SD cards and SSD disks both store information as NAND flash. Unfortunately, exposure to extreme heat, cold or humidity can result in partial or full data loss on the SD. I hope this is helpful. Best wishes Sera. 🙂

Hi Sammy, the lump on the back of your ear could be a Keloid scar which my friend got from that piercing and she ended up having to get needles put in it to get rid of the lump. ❤️❤️

Used to be a body piercer, try not to touch the open piercing especially after touching bambi because it’ll inflame it more. If you are struggling to sleep on that side particularly on your ear soak a camomile tea bag on your ear for half an hour to an hour and it’s more of a holistic way to cure inflammation and infections. As for getting it re pierced when getting it done because you’ll be going over scar tissue it’ll hurt quiet a bit so if they use the same needle gauge to jewellery it’ll bleed for a little bit but won’t hurt or swell as much!!
