I took my flight from NY to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in October. It was my first flight on Ethiopian and it was an amazing experience. Previously I used to take Emirates and Lufthansa. Using Ethiopian was a different experience and most importantly the total flight time to arrive at Addis was significantly reduced and I didn't have the hustle with transit. Definitely recommend. I will use Ethiopian from now on.

I love Ethiopian airlines. But they need new planes. I took one from Togo to Newark America 🇺🇸. Seats were dirty. Tv 📺 was broken. They had to keep restarting the system etc.

Dear Simon, I think Ethiopian is a very good airline. It was a catastrophe the accident that also have experienced other airline in Asia with the same type of aircraft. Maybe the reasons of the tragedy wasn't responsibility of the company but the aircraft industry in the software field. I'm not sure of that but is what the investigation suggested or confirmed. My deepest condolences if you had a lost and to all relatives that have suffered this nightmare. 🤲🏼
