The food trucks in Manhattan are heavily regulated by the City. Why would you think all street vendors would pose health risks lol. Also as a traveler, you should be able to enjoy any new place, open minded, without needing to compare with another place, you are so used to. Comparison is the thief of life. You are doing a disservice to yourself by comparing literally everything with scenes and situations, you are already used to.

I felt that, you get some kind of self gratification by repeatedly pointing out how filthy the NY city/ US is. I can only laugh while thinking that, both of you have already judged the entire US by spending a couple of weeks just in NY city. Even though I agree, NY city is not an ideal place when it comes to traffic and cleanliness, I think it's important to also acknowledge that not everything is golden and colorful in London. Like any city, NY has its own challenges (like illegal immigrant crisis and wrong Government policies) and less glamorous sides and I'm pretty sure that must be the case with London as well. Please understand that, sweeping all negatives in the UK under the carpet won't help your viewers especially who aspire to come to the UK for studies / permanent residency. Also, you forget the fact that, the New York state itself is bigger than the country of UK and there are many such states in the US that are bigger than UK in area. At least you need to spend much more time traveling across the US before coming up with such sweeping remarks as both of you have done in this video.
