I’ve been in NZ for almost 3 years and I know situation here about all these categories. There are many things in this video you haven’t clarified which considered as most important things for any person who wants to grow their career in NZ in terms of these 3 categories. I want to point out some things I assume everyone gonna need to know who are watching this. (1). Accredited employers aren’t just “Licensed “. But accreditation is mandatory for employers who want to hire migrant - who are on work visa (NOT Residents or Citizens of NZ). And employers must need to check for any suitable New Zealanders before offering you job. So accreditation is very important thing here and even if company is accredited they won’t offer you job if there’s NZ Resident or Citizens available for same position. (2). You missed the most highlighted point of your own PPT you missed in 2nd category (work to residency, not in highly paid category ) which is green list occupations both tiers and they’ve mentioned you’ll need to earn NZD 57 per hour to fall in that category. Currently minimum wage is $21.20 and median wage is $27.76. You’ll need a handsome amount of annual package just to reach the median wage. And green list category is asking for double wage than the median so do the math yourself. P.S. this is not one of the hate comments I appreciate your efforts. But postings video without giving them knowledge about accreditation and how hard it is to fall in any of the categories might put misconceptions in one’s head. Once again I’m not demotivating anyone to come to NZ. And not saying it’s impossible to get Residency. But things are not as easy as they seem. So please do checkout NZ immigration’s official website and get yourself updated. Because not any consultants are gonna share information like this with you. There’s all money minded. @@artistgagan933 To offer job to any migrant, Employers has to be accredited. And need to do a job check where you’ll get a job if there’s no New Zealanders available for particular job with valid reasons. So check with your brother if his company is fulfilling certain conditions to invite you? And better option consult an immigration lawyer with your questions for more and new updated rules.

Hey buddy, with all due respect if you just read my comment one single time I've mentioned multiple times that I'm not blaming him for his work. I'm NOT saying the information he has given is wrong, but the situation is not justifying with the thumbnail and some of the info given here. All I'm trying to say is if you're giving information to someone please research in depth because for someone it matters more than you ever think. Again I haven't commented as one of the haters and appreciate his efforts but me personally have watched hundreds of videos before coming abroad and when I faced the reality here which is not matching with any videos I've ever seen - that really disappoints. Misleading information. One cant work in Australia with a NZ PR. Only the NZ citizens are allowed to work in Australia under most conditions.

Anshita, You are absolutely correct. As per NZ immigration Manual ( rule book for NZ immigration) It's mentioned that NZ citizens can only work in Australia, however Australia PR shoulders can work in NZ.
