Sean Longstaff not being in the England squad is a crime
@toffeelatte60428 ай бұрын
The England squad is a joke and forever will be with that clown at the helm. What's the point of even being motivated to play for selection when he's going to pick favourites every single time. Like how the fuck is Maguire still being called up when he's struggling even play first team football? I think the anti-Maguire brigade has been going too far yeah, but he shouldn't be getting picked. Longstaff should be in that team.@@O7FTBL

Massive win for Newcastle and incredible story. I spat out my drink when you mentioned that it would be like Everton beating Barcelona 4-1in 2025. As an Everton fan I’ll do every forfeit you’ve ever done on this channel up to this point if we beat a monster European team by 3 goals or more in 2025. That is how crazy that is seeming.

It’s funny, everyone thought Newcastle would sign big names like Ronaldo and Mbappe, instead their biggest signings was Trippier, Pope and Isak. Can we please put some respect on Eddie Howe's name now? He is easily Newcastle's best manager since Sir Bobby Robson (RIP legend) and Kevin Keegan in the last 30 years. It's such a shame Sir Bobby never got to see this, he would be so proud of how far the Club has come since Steve Bruce got canned. Newcastle have a brilliant squad right now thanks to Howe, his scouting team and Saudi funding and can legit go toe-to-toe with anyone. Also, Dan Burn has played mostly really well since Howe joined, even when he has played out of position.

And yet people still don't understand how bad the Ashley era was. They don't remember before we had him, we were in a high position. Only for then afterwards, to suffer two relegations, constant nothingness and prodding along. While other clubs who were behind us, overtake us, and newer clubs to the divison over taking us there as well.

I thought Eddie Howe would be part of the progression. you know, they get a decent manager in, get decent players in, reach the Europa league spots and then later, upgrade Howe with someone like Ancelotti and upgrade the likes of Dan Burn and Fabien Schar with champions league level players, but no, they shipped the process and leaped into Champions league, I would say at least 2 years ahead of schedule.
