One thing not commented upon here is that the first players Harvey meets are 4/5 of the Squad's current formal leadership team: Trips, Callum, Matt Ritchie, and BDB. Can't underestimate the importance of this shared group leadership in culture formation, retention, and communication

The more that I watch these behind the scenes videos the more I am struck by the levels of professionalism now at the club - there are specialist coaches, dieticians, psycologists, analysts, financials, statisticians and probably some roles I have never heard of, ALL staffed by top, top people, both men and women. At last the club is being run as a top premier league organisation rather than a " let's see how my friend does - he's the cheapest option " from before.

I'm Liverpool supporter and the main thing I'm a Football Fan. For me this is quality signing for Newcastle. Harvey Barnes is a straight forward winger , he very good at the final 3rd which crucial for Newcastle as last season most of the goal come form center and right side.
