Great vid, looking forward to some more coyote videos. I'm a NL hunter trying to get some coyotes but no luck so far. Do you bother to hide yourself when doing a set? Seems like you just sit in the open.

Great video as always! this is going to be my first season at the coyotes, i only have a manual caller, rabbit distress.. should i bite the bullet and get an electronic caller? what else should i get?

As a beginner yes for sure get yourself a good caller. There are many great callers out there but keep in mind there's a pile of junk too!! Thanks for watching

Mouth calls for in close and e caller will reach out further , plus the huge selection of calls . Fox pro , lucky dawg , primos .

Thanks for watching. Patience is number 1, don't overcall is number 2, rabbit distress is number 3. Everyone has their different opinions, but personally, rabbit distress for 30-40 sec, silence for 5 minutes, repeat is a good way to start as a beginner.

When I hit the rabbit distress call my heart starts racing!!! If there is a yoty near by that has never been called at they are coming fast!!!

Awesome! Man when they come fast it's stressful...I swear I've Missed more shots inside 100 yards when they come hard then I have over 200....I think we tend to rush the shots thinking they are going to take off!

Yes I hear ya and you are right but what I mentioned about how my gun cannot stabilize 40 grain is very real. When I got back to my truck (which I should have took video of) I tried my gun at 100 yards. I shot at a box 3 feet high and 10-12 inches wide, and I never touched the box!! My guess was it was a 40 grain round I used cause I move into 40 yards and shot again and the gun was perfect! Thanks and very excited to know you are watching my content!

@reginaldwinsor2759 ... Actually the only considerable investment is the cost of a gun, ammo, and fuel. Well, ok, the camo too...if you want something specific. However, while an e-caller is nice, hand calls work just fine. A person can easily make his own shooting sticks. Etc, etc.

love your videos i find when calling moose every hunt is different i called bull moose and twice i had bull moose come balling loud grunt running towards me very mad moose noticed there stomachs were drawn up to there backs no food in there gut in full rut put a 303 in one of there heads like your coyote hunt u had ,where did you get those shuts, i had a woman make me beaver shuks 4 me . she lives in marys harbour Labrador, Evon jones mother Evon is in federal politics, got her name on land and sea, so who made your shucks and how much
