I don't have a truck but there's a lot to like about this design. I wish more trailer manufacturers targeted this weight level, with insulated fiberglass, with integrated solar and batteries

These are amazing and love both models they have made so far. If they can get the front design to be a little more aerodynamic this is a unit that I will definitely consider in the future. Great job ladies and you as well Patrick for showcasing this build!

@Vicki Liston - Thanks Vicki. I tend to use my current TC as a traveler as opposed to a camper so the tradeoff on space vs. better MPG is worth it to me. Looking forward to seeing the next model!

Another great video, these ladies really know what people need, can't believe they actually fit a shower and toilet in there, very necessary in my world, and a black tank, yes! Also the option to have a 25, I think they said, water tank, yes I would need at least that much, lol, love these ladies! 💖

that is an amazing build. I love the cargo netting (especially on the ceiling) and all the extra space between the slide-in and the sides of the truck bed. I will definitely borrow some of the storage ideas for my DIY microcamper.

Nice too see another build of yours. It's very nice. Has everything you need. I love thar the ceiling was kept high on this build. Sitting up in bed in a camper is a huge luxury. Michelle and Vicki were able to design a Basecamp version with a wetbath for my short-bed Honda Ridgeline *well under* the weight limit of my truck - honestly, an impossible feat, and I've been looking for two years for a camper to fit my truck!

@@rebeccaschreiber1907 yes light, small campers and trailers are much harder to find. I think in the future the rv/ camper/ trailer industry will have to become smaller and lighter. Not only because gas prices are going up, but for environmental reasons too.

I will be in the market for a truck camper in the near future. This is the best design I’ve seen. Excellent location for the bathroom. Love all the solar capability. I currently live on the Mississippi gulf coast and plan on retiring out west as a nomad. I will definitely be going to see these two great ladies and having them build mine. 😊

Still saying you lady's build like the best truck campers I've ever seen! Period! One question is can you park it and leave it stand alone, to be able to drive off and let it stand on its own without it being in the bed of the truck? And not tip over? But regardless kudos on a killer camper.

Cool design, just a little concerned with the over hang or the over cab sleeping space, it could just be me but looks like it could bend or fold with time with heavier person or two peoples weight, I would have to see a real world one year use review, but looks very nice🤙

this is a very good looking truck camper but I would love to see if there was a possibility to add a custom built off-road capable trailer system to secure the truck camper on if you didn't want to put in on your truck or you just wanted to tow it behind a vehicle... would be pretty useful.

Great camper for a single or a couple. I just wish they’d slow down their speech and don’t turn your back to the camera while talking. I couldn’t understand some of the good features they’re pointing out with back to your camera. Otherwise, I love your camper.

Yes, we have rails that are bolted into the truck bed to attach the gooseneck hitch for the 5th wheel. We can remove the hitch from the truck bed but the rails stay in full time.

I really like this but have a few questions: 1) how much does this particular build cost? 2) how much is the total weight that would be added to the truck? 3) what is the height, my husband is 6'3" 4) can the toilet be changed to a compost toilet if we don't like the one you have in here 5) would the materials last?

Wow just found your channel and Im happy I did. I am a full timer working remotely with a 3/4 ton truck. My current TC is made by Capri Camper out of Texas but will be looking to upgrade in the future. I guess if we need to start talking about a build and price I should contact you directly? Looks like you have a good product at a fair price.

Hi Aaaron, good point. We do have clients that prefer extra counter space instead of the bathroom sink. No problem! That's the joy of being custom built.
