The skill buff makes the deck kinda crazy, all it really changes for pure is starting with double Incarnation in grave, but that is more than enough to make it a super strong contender

I only opened the main box once to get Caduceus. Isn't it too risky trying to build this with selection box?

@@raindown6702 isn't there a pack limit for selection boxes when using gems? So what you do if you already bought as many as you're allowed and didn't got the card you wanted? I'm not planning to spend real money.

Beast isn’t for digging for techs necessarily imo. It’s just free card advantage and out resourcing your opponent is often how duels are won

Yes that’s true, but that random draw is not often better than a hedgehog search, clearing a backrow or [insert other good Shaddoll effect here] as you out resource them enough anyway

Been a while since i played DL but I'm glad now that this was a deck i invested in. Looks fun. Will take a bit of time to master it but seems worth the effort. In your opinion, do u think it's better than zombies or BE?

I think it’s on the same level as Zombie and Blue-Eyes, and I think there’s pros and cons of playing one of those 3 decks over another For example if you want the strongest deck going first (but still good going second) then it’s probably Red-Eyes Zombie because of Burial, the strongest deck going second (but still good going first) then it’s probably Shaddoll, and then Blue-Eyes is decent at both first and second

This deck is super fun to use, especially with Konami buffing the skill AFTER the KC Cup, even with tops! 😅 Glad to see you enjoying them as well, very slept-on deck!

I feel we need a little more time in duel links now a days. This skill putting two traps in grave that are constantly asking me if I want to activate them, eats away at the timer one second for every action that occurs.

I wasnt sure if i should push for the 3rd copy of the trap (just ended 2nd time the other selection box for the 3rd Tour guide) and after seeing 3 of the best yugitubers in here about duel links, you, Playmaker and Loom i am kinda convinced that i dont need the 3rd one...even though i just think that the recursion the trap causes is just too good but i think i will stop for now😪

The third copy is nice in thicker builds, if you stick to 20c idt you’ll ever really need it tho

I still find the wind fusion pretty useful at times. Phoenix might come up more frequently tho

it used to be one of the most terrafying meta decks years ago at my locals everyone hated it. it was around when the structure deck came out. which fun fact introduced windy and the trap. yea they arent that old xD

you could use the shaddoll link. its litterly a light attribute that can fuse with its own effect.

@@LukeTylerYGO not really its litterly just having wendi and one shaddoll monster in starting hand and boom you have construct. plus you can even link with it facedown... why i dont know. ive never known you could xD: proberbly is cause both players know it is ther requierments

ontop of it its easier to get through than to have one of the fusion spells turn one. shaddolls are going to be having easier with there link than any other flip archtype... its not like tindangles gonna work in duel links xD. considering there trap litterly doesnt work since you only got 2 zones out of 3. i tested shaddoll tindangle through other means and man it could be fun. especially since stairs isnt once per turn. but proberbly not any good xD.

If you have the Aleister engine I’d recommend giving that a try, or a more f2p replacement would be Spirit of the Fall Wind/Magical Merchant if you’re fine with breaking the 2nd part of the skill

The levels of joy I felt waking up to find out the Shaddoll skill getting buffed in such a major way can not be described in words. I've been playing Shaddoll since they came out in TCG and are easily my favourite archetype of all time. Having them in the game is awesome enough, but now they're top tier? Hell yeah!

@LukeTylerYGO Totally. I love how the deck has a low entry point but a high skill ceiling as one plays the deck and learns more about it and how the cards interact with each other. Also, good that ya know? The skill isn't pushed to broken extremes. Just wish Beast and Incarnation wasn't still pay walled though.

Hmm you can do or if you want have the shuffle effect of the skill still you can play 1-1 each of the magistus engine (since the spell isn’t bad to draw) and play a 3rd hedgehog
