I also question Jordan’s intelligence or maturity. Before she got married, she obviously didn’t like the guy, but she was not self aware enough to know how she feels. Instead she texted her friend seeking her advice to tell her how was she supposed to feel when someone is in love with her. After she got married her anger grew more intense because she felt increased pressure . But she didn’t realize she had a choice say no and a choice to get out. She has a say in this and bears equal responsibility for entering in a marriage. Then after the police started to investigate, her plots including the made up tony email and the Holy Spirit leading her to the body to get the police off her back.. are just stupid. Cops are not school age children nor are the jury. I don’t know whether she was allowed to express her feelings at home or allowed to say no while growing up, she just didn’t act normal.

To really understand this type of person you definitelly need a profiler or a psychologist. There is an absolute lack of empathy, (sexual experience and disgust), a lack of control of her emotions, an idealisation of marriage and the thought, that her husband should be responsable for her "cloud nine"-feelings. The only regret she has is not her action, but the consequences for herself. From her point of view, he made her do this! Unfortunatelly, her personality is narcissistic and sociopathic. This condition is pathological. She will never change. The only thing we all can do is, to stay away from these people and to warn others. I hope this helps family and friends to get better trough grief. May your son, friend, nephew and grandchild rest in peace. (An may he haunt her in her worst nightmares!)

%100! She used marriage as a barrier to sex with a man she saw as physically revolting. He just never "got the hint"; She couldn't be more off putting if she tried, but he persisted. Why she didn'just invent a story to get out of the marriage, is beyond me...? "I cant have sex; I have a medical condition..." "I'm cheating on you..." "I love you, but am not in love with you..." "Let's be friends?" Any of these things would have worked..."I want to focus on school/church right now..."¹

Jordan seemed to be pathologically afraid of intimate relations and she had every right to that but why then would she get married? Just stay single. Also, I'm a bit perplexed by her indicating that she wanted children. Where did she think they came from? Maybe she intended to adopt children. The fact is that she should have walked away from Cody because she obviously hated the very idea of being married. I think she married him because she liked the idea of the cake and the flowers and the dress and being the center of attention for one day but she certainly didn't marry him because she wanted to actually be married. What a shame that this young man got tangled up with such a psycho. I hope she spends the rest of her life behind bars. All she had to do was refuse to marry him!
@threeofcats58038 ай бұрын
As someone who struggles with fear of intimacy I think I can probably understand the disparity somewhat- though in absolutely no way do I condone murdering someone because of it. I can understand both wanting the companionship and children that we think of as “normal life”, if such a thing exists, and not being able to face the closeness and act in the moment. You may be right about her choosing to go through with the wedding because of the attraction of attention and the beautiful ceremony, I can’t speak to that. For me, all that fuss is deeply uncomfortable.

There’s no understanding of pure evil that she is. Everything she says must be taken with grain of salt because the murderers always make up excuses and want lenient sentences so whatever she says is most likely not the whole truth and especially her motive(s) like ”fear of intimacy” seem like bs. It was specifically him who she didn’t feel like that much is obvious so that she still dragged on thru all the way to marriage tells me she was using him for everything with the promise of sex and she knew she could use every excuse to suck him dry before marriage but once it was time to ”give it up” she rather did happily murdered him
