You know, Lindsay Graham is famous for saying that the president has the right to pick nominees that uphold his position and he generally supports every one of them, so for him to be this much against this one should tell us that there is a serious problem with her! It's not just whether she has the time served to qualify but in what direction will she take the country in her role as a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court? If you support what she believes, then you want her to be confirmed, but if you think she would take her beliefs and use her position on the court to help move this country further towards Marxist socialism, then you want to know her beliefs and make sure she doesn't get confirmed! I personally believe that it's already a done deal because we have some weak people in the republican senate and I'm pretty sure that no Democrat will vote against her!

In 2012 he was a senior in high school, started downloading pornographic material from the internet - so I can understand there were circumstances to consider. The CRT questions were fair and the "what's a women" question was worth investigating. The whole question could have been formulated better. Get her to identify as a women and then ask what makes her believe she is a women. Overall, I think she will be a good judge.
