Shey a daran bayi ???????????? Ehen! We are complain at 700 naira per liter, how much more at 1300naira per litre. I acutally did the division Dr. Nnaemeka talked about, and it was $1063 at cost price of a litre, which means with freight and profit margin then 1300naira feasibly. Jagaban should do the needful, NLC, TUC, all the political parties etc should protest that Fed Govt shares in NNPC be sold to technically sound investors and reduce to 30% or 20% just as Dangote is 80% and fed govt is 20% so that we can get our crude supply effectively and nnpc would operate within our laws.

It would have been possible if the naira was not devalued at over 900% Now we understand cost of production as increased due to increase in the price of the crude oil at international market. I ask what happened to our local extraction of our local crude oil? If Dangote refinery and other local refineries can get raw material at a reduced cost compare to the cost at international market: our local refineries will produce at less cost that will not be to expensive at pump price of any of the product derived from the crude oil.

A country that produces crude oil, imports crude oil. Isn't this absolutely crazy!!! The basic principles of economics was neglected by locating the Dangote Refinery in Lagos when the crude oil is in the SS and SE. Is Dangote Refinery actually refining crude oil or is it importing finished refined petrol while claiming it's refining imported crude oil? Are the stakeholders distracting Nigerians with a narrative that it doesn't have access to local crude oil? And even if the latter were true, why has Nigeria stopped producing crude oil locally, or why is Nigeria under-producing crude oil? NNPC is now managed by the most corrupt and unproductive individuals who are experts at running things underground. They did the same to Nigeria Airways once they became the managing directors. They destroyed a previously functioning Nigeria Airways, ran it underground, and buried it.

PMS is being subsidized. He is right - We need to divest from NNPC. Marginal savings expected from local crude oil supply

No one hates anyone. Before a bank will lend a kobo to you to build a refinery, fertilizer plant or gas project, you must provide these three key information and documentations: 1. Evidence of signed contract or EOI for such contract from a raw material or feedstock supplier for your plant . Where was the planned original supply source for his crude needs before he even started from day one 2. The borrower must show evidence of an offtaker or an Expresion of Interest from an offtaker to buy up whatever you produce? Where is that evidence? 3. The third important component is the evidence of technical capacity , operations, management and technology to set up and run the refinery for a long span of period to ensure viability and feasibility.. All the above must have been available before they lenders provided funding for him to finance the project So , what happened to his original crude supply arrangements, contracts and EOIs before he started building the refineries? Or was he banking on leveraging on his political contacts to hijack the 445,000 barrels of crude originally meant for the three existing refineries in Nigeria, just like they did with our national cement assets and deposit? Is that why those refineries have refused to work or why the public sector operators have refused to allow it work , after we invested billions of dollar capital on failed Turn Around Maintenance Programs? The problem with some of you guys is that you hate the truth... Especially, the truth coming from the quarters you guys hate to hear their voices God have mercy on you all Las Las una go dey fine

💢WHAT WERE THEIR INITIAL RAW MATERIALS/ CRUDE FEEDSTOCK SUPPLY SOURCES, AND FINAL REFINED PRODUCTS OFFTAKERS PLAN BEFORE THEY COMMENCED PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT AT THE DANGOTE REFINERIES? ✍️Bikonu, I have a begging question that is bothering me. ✍️Can any honest/ serious investor or entrepreneur embark on any huge project finance assignment without sitting down to think through his feedstock, technical and offtakers supply and demand sources ? ✍️Is my knowledge of Investment Banking and Project Finance getting rusty? ✍️This is because I know that as an Investment Banker and Project Financier, I will not approve any credit on a project finance transaction that does not convincingly provide me with such independently verified information/ documents. ✍️I will not lend or inject a kobo [ either by way of equity or debt funding to anyone to build a refinery, fertilizer plant or gas project, without sighting confirmed evidence showing these three key information and documentations: 1. Evidence of signed contract or Expression of Interest [EOI] for such contract from a world class or reputable raw material or feedstock supplier for the processing plant or project being undertaken . Please where was/is the planned original supply source for the crude needs of the Dangote Refinery before the lenders approved funding for the project or before the first pillar was laid into the ground ? Where did he plan to secure the crude oil feedstock to fire a 650,000 barrels a day refinery plant from day one into longer terms...? 2. The borrower must show evidence of documented and executed offtake contract from an existing /reputable offtaker or an Expresion of Interest from an offtaker [ with proven capacity] to buy up whatever you produce? Where is that evidence? 3. The third important component is the evidence of technical capacity , operations, management and technology to set up and run the refinery for a long span of period to ensure viability and feasibility.. Availability of technical and competent management, spare parts and repairs for the refinery components in the longer term...There must exist contracts signed to this effect. ✍️All the above must have been available before any informed lenders, will agree to provide funding to finance such huge project ✍️So , what happened to the original crude oil supply arrangements, contracts and EOIs that the Dangote Refinery secured before they started building the refineries? Or were there none ? ✍️Or were they banking on leveraging on their usual political contacts and power play to utilize the 445,000 barrels of crude originally meant for the three existing public owned refineries in Nigeria, just like what happened with our national cement assets ( BCC etc and deposits decades ago ? ✍️Is that why those three refineries have refused to work or why the public sector operators have refused to allow it work , after we invested billions of dollars [ especially, over the last 9 years] on failed Turn Around Maintenance Programs? ✍️Why are the PH refinery that was supposed to have commenced refining of crude oil in June 2023, after they pumped $1.5bn on Comprehensive TAM not yet refining anything? ✍️Why are they kicking the can down the road to December [ God knows when ]? ✍️Why have they refused to privatise it or divest 60% of the FGN share holding at the NNPC to allow it function efficiently and transparently like the NLNG and Petrobras ? The problem with some ethno-religiously brainwashed Nigerians, is that they hate the truth... Especially, the truth coming from certain quarters they hate to hear their honest voices God have mercy on you all Las Las we go dey fine 🤣 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Zt-IdZaHyLnRpp8.htmlfeature=shared

The freight and insurance cost is just $40 per metric tons of gasoline or N42 per liter . It is not that significant, when you consider that pms would have sold for N1200 per liter without subsidies But, we have developed a unique PPP JV model that can enable Nigerians to enjoy white Petroleum products at a price of not more than N650 per liter or far less anywhere in Nigeria
