Romba romba correct breakfast is the first meal of the day it sends carbohydrate to the brain if you miss the first meal you will faint you can skip lunch if you want to diet have dinner very lightly

1)Morning break fast time :8am to 10.30am 2)Lunch :12.30 pm to 2 pm 3)semi dinner :5.30 pm to 6 pm 4)dinner: 7:30 pm to 9 pm... First All the above four points just kick it and put in a dust bin... Eating timings its all depend on ur stomach not by others,,,ur living your life.... Timing is yours, healthy food suggestion by Doctors... Then what u want guys... As u like it, eat it,enjoy it....

no its not. As per ayurveda 3 meals a day in necessary without snacking and leaving a gap of 4.5 to 5 hrs. 7.30 to 8, 12.00 to 12.30 and 6.00 to 6.30. breakfast should be the lighest meal of the day, lunch should be the substantial meal of the day, dinner should be moderate.

@@cheerup2655 it will be moderate according to your mind mood signal, whether your brain should ask intestine that shall i go for light or heavy or snacks????? According to vedha,Ayurveda,sidha,homeopathic,Alopathy,Accupunture and Alien medicine too.. When your mind free, u supoosed to take watever food as much as maximum time for chewable with your own salaiva then that food will be easily digest and send to each and every internal organ function system... If ur in bad critia then you should drink full bottle of Alcohol, u will not get any symptoms that you would have drunked.. This is human being nature... Way of approaching is more important then living in civilization siciety.. Same way food and mind is always connected my mind and intestinal mood.. Thats all from my side...even if u have any doubt,, pls consult near any Doctor. Above my comments is my own privacy at the time bro u would not spoke wrongly and vulgarly.. Thank you cheers👍

For simplicity, the carbs that needs to be avoided are simple carbs or refined carbs. Not the complex carbohydrates. Ex., carbs in sweet potatoes, etc.,

Even iam also suggest the people for Break fast Biriyani,heavy food,etc etc.....unless ur stomach not clean properly... Eat as u like it when u feel hungry, After finish when you come back atleast u will have to give empty space for stomach (30 to 40%) for easy digest.
