क्या इस MBT वाले हिस्से को छोड़कर कहीं और से सुरंग की योजना नहीं बनाई जा सकती थी? क्योंकि पानी तो हमेशा ही आता रहेगा, ऐसे में सुरंग को खतरा हमेशा बना रहेगा..
