Powai is a Suburb of Mumbai. There are three lakes around Powai lake, Tulsi lakes & Vihar Lake. Also IIT Bombay is in Powai. Hiranandani a Sindhi Builder created a modern high-rise township for rich people in that area around 20 years ago.

It was Hiranandani Powai locality in mumbai. Next to IIT Bombay and pawai lake. Its the center of Mumbai. This concept of eating while standing up comes from bangalore and spread to all over India. Its for people who don't have time to eat, don't have space to sit, etc. Its practical in a populated country where space is at Premium. Standing and eating takes less space and time. So the hotel can provide food at a cheaper cost.

Whole India is now trying to become Green and Clean,.. especially Indian cities are trying their best,..our gov even publish the ranking and Index according to this ,..and yeah whole India have a trend like ( standing and eat together on a table).. if you want,..you can have a traditional style also ,.. and the hoarding you saw Green and Clean it's literally in Eve cities in India either it's metropolitan cities or a Tear -3 .

For the last 15 years Mumbai has been changing a lot u will see skyscrapers everywhere metro is coming and yes people are aware of cleanliness

Aap Ghar par kardi…khattey dahi sey aggar banna tey hei to khattee lassi sey try kar k dekhey aggar aap kardi khattee pasand kartey hei toh (texture bi better ho ga)…..we get readymade khatti lassi in our local market….aap ko lassi bana kar rakhni pardey gi for sometime so it ferments little bit and ussmey khatapan aa jaey

You don't reply Dabeli is similar like vadapav but its from Gujrat its made from aloo ko mesh karke uska sepecial masala dalte hai jise dabeli masala kahte hai yeh ek chat masale jaisa hota haim dabeli mein anar dane aur grapes bhi dalte hai. Aur pav mein yeah aloo ka masala dal ke uprse masala peanut aur sev dalte hai. Isse cruchy ness aati hai. Iska taste khtta mitha hota hai. Orgin iska gujrat ke kuchh region se hai. Aapko Indian food ki detail jankari or receipe chahiye to message kare

It is not chowmein Moazzam that the info Chinese dish the lady showed It was schezwann noodles Chowmein is neither eastern nor known nor prepared thus never ordered in western India It may be known but it is mostly eaten ordered known n prepared n served n liked by eastern Indians like Bengalis odiya Assamese n north eastern Indians This fact many Indians will be puzzled to let u know as we who live in western India don’t prefer nor eat chowmein And pl know chowmein is never reddish in colour but pinkish white mostly white say off white or cream colour By Anupam your friend

First of all Hiranandani street is part of Mumbai suburb and not new Mumbai. As regarding eating joints Mumbai city has many restaurants with seating arrangements. However new fast food joints one has to stand and eat. This culture is more common in Delhi as compared to Mumbai.
