Hey dude! This is an awesome tutorial! Do you think you could do a bunch of vids going over the whole iron man suit? Like your thought process, paints you used, what made you want to do that suit, etc

The arduino resetting problem you talked about at the end might be flyback voltage from the servo motors. It's basically an EM field created by the motor which induces a current in the wires. You can add a capacitor across the + and - of the servo to absorb the spike. Btw really nice suit!

I’ve tried to make a set of iron man armor multiple times, but It never gets to turn out as cool as these suits I see other people making.

The reason of your arduino reseting is because a motor (servo in this case) when it stops it generates an inverse current that mesh with the arduino electronics (basicaly a diode) and that micro power shortage is what keep reseting the system. I have had similar problems in other projects. Adding a capacitor between + and - of the servo can solve the problem but having an independent power supply is better option (having into account that electronics like LEDs, arduino... uses like miliamps and servos several amps).

Hey. I love everything you are doing here and I’m in the process of building one too. What I’m wondering is ; your top ailerons ,Did the file have a hinge or did you make that.? Not the motorization kit that you made ( which is awesome by the way) but where the actual flap mounts to the top of the shoulder area. I’ve got the file set from Johan3d which I’m assuming you do too And I’m noticing what I printed is not hinged. Great work love your content. Please keep it up.!

What degree of motion servo do you use for the flaps? I cant find 90, so I'm assuming its either 180 or 270

I made a mk7 but it isn’t motorized so do you mind if I just steal your chest, back, arms and Abs. You can keep the legs and helmet 😂
