Here’s what I did for my transformation: *Jump rope* 20-30 minutes every day with a light (100g) steel/vynl speed rope *Daily skips* 2800 ish. *Other exercises* I Continued lifting weights (15+ years experience). *Diet* Food I enjoy that achieves two things: Keeps me full + hits my calorie and macro targets. Crucial for long term fat loss. How much cardio I did is irrelevant for anyone trying to lose weight. Sure it increases your deficit - but losing fat takes time and consistently keeping that deficit for 3-12 months is much harder when adding a ton of cardio to the mix. You'll miss days, get hungry, regain weight and feel terrible about it. I repeated this cycle for most of my life (when I was 100lbs heavier). The key is addressing/cleaning up the habits that made us & keep us overweight. *This was a big learning experience for me.* Would I recommend that much cardio now? F-No! The jump rope helped, but I was also binging on weekends. Improving habits makes dieting easier, allowing for more food and less cardio. Experiment and customize what works best for you. Hey buddy i am a 18 years male i have a question…..right now i am 77kg and lost 12 kg in past to reach till here by cycling only and it leads me to loose skin …. Now please tell me how much skipping i have to do daily for 10 weeks to cut off my loose body fat specially that of my chest fat

I wish I could give you a magic number but the reality is that even if you jumped rope for 2 hours every day and still ate enough food to balance out the energy expenditure you wouldn't lose any weight. 90% of weight-loss is always done in the kitchen. Loose skin is going to be different for every person and training with weights over the years will help alot with increasing your muscle mass to help with stretching your skin for less appearance of loose skin.

I have a short video some where on my channel called "how I started" for jumping rope to get into the habit. I saw start there and work your way up to 10 minutes a day over time. This will give you around 130-150 calories burned per day (approx 1/3rd of a pound of fat lost per week if eating at maintenance) then stack a moderate calorie deficit along side even just 90 minutes of weight lifting per week and you'll start to see some big changes with consistency over a few months

@@nextlevelwarriorfirst of all thank you buddy for appreciating me i can control my diet easily and can take a calorie deficit diet because i lost 12 kgs in approx 45 days only ……but my main question is that by doing 1500 skipping only and no other exercise with calorie deficit diet could help me or not to get rid of my loose skin on chest and on belly

@@ravshanochilov5654 surgery is too drastic. While I'm insecure about it, it serves as a mark of who I used to be. Most if not all methods beyond slow weight loss are ineffective.

Great question. Any amount of weight loss is going to happen over time by creating an energy deficit of calories. this can be done via eating less and also through exercise, but the reality is that you could exercise or skip rope for an hour a day and burn a ton of calories and still lose no weight if you're eating more calories throughout the week to balance the exercise. I learned this the hard way and then realised my mistakes when i started measuring what I was eating to see that I was over eating when trying to lose weight in the past.

Good question. Before this transformation (in my early 20's) I lost 100 pounds. 50 in the first year then the next 50 in 9 more years. Even with how slowly I did it, there's still loose skin and stretch marks. For many people this isn't the case but maybe genetically I don't have as much elastin in my skin. I'll do a video on this in the future.

If só o wouldn't have it :/. There's a number of factors at play with it and most things won't resolve it. Consider it a reminder of how far you've come along :)

I was definitely tracking. Chances of success when aiming for a 6 pack and maintaining muscles are basically 90% results in the kitchen

I definitely needed to stay in a calorie deficit as well. the obscene amount of jump rope definitely let me over eat too much on the weekends. We gotta pick our trade off's

Because depending on your height, 170 may be a very lean place, or chunky. Many guys who are very fit are 180-210 , but they have bigger frames.
