@@nickramey1141 arma is the base game for dayz, Bohemia interactive had the game arma 2 operation arrowhead which people created the original DayZ mod for, it was a huge success so Bohemia began working on DayZ standalone (this game) its built on the same engine as one of bohemias other IPs (Take on Helicopters). Basically this game isn’t really a game as it was supposed to be, rather they cut the corner and made a mod on a base designed for something entirely different. People are hoping the release of Arma 4 will bring with it a huge change either in a very expansive update or more likely a sequel game built on the Arma 4 engine as DayZ has always functioned better as an Arma mod on both Arma 2 & 3. Basically the devs waited far too long to add vehicles especially helicopters in to a game which already had the functionality for them. People were able to create better functioning mods for vehicles before the devs even announced they were working on them. It’s not a priorities thing, it’s never going to get a proper fix so we just have to wait for the next version of the game and hope the engine change fixes things. Hope that helps 👍

Yes dude! I remember spawning in and my little bird now lived inside the wall. We had to wait several server restarts for it to be outside again. Turned out to be a good base raid bug though, wait till someone’s vehicle bugged into a wall, climb in, switch seats and get out in their base

Respect all of those names. TRMZ is my top dayz streamer/content creator of all time. Keep Running...

@@JBake330 All of them are truly some of the most talented and just downright geniuses for what they have been able to do with these DayZ videos and short mini series. One of my favorite things to do is make a bag of popcorn and watch 30-45+ minute videos from Nezar, JLK, Exclusion, KYRO or Dexter and click watch and that’s a great night in my opinion lol.

cars arent a requirement for fun in dayz whatsoever, it definitely shouldnt make you not want to play the game

@@VividlyChillin I’m not saying that I need cars to play. I’m just saying it seems like such a massive bug that should be fixed by now.. but it’s not. As a software engineer, if we have any sort of bug that affects a lot of customers, it’s set as highest priority to be fixed asap. DayZ devs either don’t care about fixing bugs or there’s something wrong with their development processes. Either way, an off putting trait for many people who want to play games is a game that is abandoned / not properly maintained by devs.
