Payton got stuck w Russel and that crazy contract. I really don't think you get to judge him on a team cobbled together out of Saints rejects and contractual hold-overs. SP should not have ripped Hackett bc it's impolite, but it is true: Hackett did an awful job in Denver. Optimism about Hackett, Saleh et al is misguided. Defensive HC's haven't done much of anything in the last few years of an offense skewed league w/ rules trending in that direction.

The Jets needed this win tonight, even if most of it was field goals. Zach played well enough to constantly get them in range for those points at the very least. I can't imagine how it must feel to be him, honestly. The whole country counting you out as a bust. I feel bad for the kid, and that pick he threw tonight he shouldn't feel bad about. Of course, it helps the Broncos have a terrible defense, but the Jets defense seemed to be lacking tonight as well. Either way, I'm happy Zach got this win after his performance against KC.

Russell's reduced mobility has taken away a lot of what made him successful in Seattle. That fumble at the end of this game is a great example.

The worrisome thing for Broncos' fans is: RW3's reduced mobility was already apparent in his last two seasons at Seattle. As a Seahawks fan I'm glad we managed to trade RW3 away for such a good return. From a Broncos' point of view I'd be upset about the incompetence of their front-office.

Congratulations to Robert Saleh but also congratulations to Nathaniel Hackett getting the win for the Jets and also talking some smack over Sean Payton for what he said last offseason I’m really happy for the Jets. This is a really good momentum victory , and this was huge for them and they really deserve to win because the Broncos up until that fourth quarter I’ll play them from start to finish and it was a great momentum win for them I hope It can carry them to next week.

We've always been close to defeating both of those teams. Normally will split the season with the Chargers and somehow never walk out with a win against KC. The Chiefs are decent this year dispite they're 4-1 record on the season. We have to make adjustments offensively and some defensively since we only have a short week before we play at Arrowhead against the Chiefs this Thursday to kickoff Week 6 of the 2023 season.

Defense Defense Defense Jets have always had a Defense since the 70's. It's jus the Offense "High Class/Low Production" QB's that has held the Jets back for yrs. Eg: Mark Sanchez [NoThrowing arm], Pendleton [injury prone], Michael Vick [Past Prime/ NO Offense], Testerverse [Old but Accurate], etc. Etc

I agree. I don’t think the pick was even that bad he was just a little off target. He’s not throwing picks like he was earlier on when he was throwing the ball straight to the defender. He is looking better and they need to let him rip it out more otherwise they won’t get very far.

@@mrgetitdone85 Wilson is one of the worst QBs in the league the only team he was capable of beating was Chicago by 3 pts who is another team in the gutter with a terrible QB. He also suffered the second biggest loss in NFL history 70-20 recently against the Dolphins. Wait until they face some top tier teams, the Broncos will be destroyed.

I was fortunate enough to have had older Relatives and Siblings that were into sports, played & watched sports 🏀⚾️🏈🎾🎳⚽️🥊🎾. So I grew up as a sports head. I do the same thing to my kids (boys & girls). My 9yrs old son loves the Giants. I love the Jets. Sundays is our Quality time to enjoy each other & sports together. ❤️ I wish the same for you. Was our first time attending a game with our little daughter. Got to see my Jets play live for once, the Denver fans treated us really good/respectfully. Was so awesome to chant J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets live! Can't wait to see how we do next year with Rogers. Strange that Zach is on your team now.

As a Jets fan, it's nice to enjoy this short taste of victory over a bad team. Next week, we will be back in the losing column. 😅 Seriously though...at least the team is fighting. After the Pats game, I was unsure if they would win another game. Even if it is the lonely Broncos, it's still a win on the road and that's never easy in the NFL.

They should have beat the pats. They are a better team. They could have beat the chiefs as well. This team is good, the o line and Zach Wilson just need to continue to improve. Defense is good, it’s just that o line that needs to improve, Zach is getting better and starting to show some consistency.

I'm super upset, but that's all I can say for now because we have to move on. Quick turn around, especially now that we're 1-4. This may come across as a surprise for me to say this, but I'm proud of Nathaniel Hackett. Yes his coaching with Denver was bad, but no one needs to be shamed so excessively no matter what it is. He stayed poised and helped get his team a win. Not revenge, but just proving that you can always change. Speaking of change, the Broncos need a lot of in game changes, specifically in the second half. Yes we're losing, but we are capable. Don't think we're giving up, because that isn't who we are. Love the Orange Crush always and forever. Let's head to Kansas City and give them everything we have! Go Broncos🧡💙

Another week, another frustrating performance. Russell Wilson once again was doing his thing. Although the offense went cold in the 3rd quarter but that is a good Jets defense. Breece Hall ran all over us today like Josh Jacobs always does. Russell Wilson really hung on to that ball too long before that fumble td at the end. Next up, our division bully on the road on a short week.
