Hey rolo. Just found this vid and started watching. Don’t know if no one’s told you this yet but before you create the expansion mode where you turn turn salary cap on, you should hit add contract year. It makes it where all the players get an extra contract year so you don’t need to resign them right away.

I love Franchise mode me i wish they finally added 3 way trades it seems the AI cand some how do them at times . NHL 17 i made the Kansas City Scouts and in the Expansion draft the Canucks had Lee & Barzal and player from the preds Farm . The Preds had Markstrom a couple canucks farm players and isles Mayfield. The Isles had Rinne , Forsberg then Horvat from the canucks so I'm guessing before draft the game did that 3 way trade . NHL 21 or 22 the year the Avalanche took black out of their road uniform there looked like there was and 3 way trade but it was minor 1 for1 for 1 it was the Wings,Sabres ,Kings. they where players form the farm.Teams.

The blue looks a bit Maple Leafs-ish/Tampa Bay-ish. I personally would have preferred a lighter blue/ice blue. still looked pretty cool.

Gotta go through all the teams before picking players otherwise you could pick a couple goalies at the beginning only to find there's much better options towards the end, same with every position.

EA should really work on making the fantasy draft more realistic. Kills the challenge when all these elite players are available in their prime or even before their prime. Looks like it's gonna be a pass for me, will see what NHL 24 has in store in a year.

I actually ended up buying 24 after seeing what the new changes were for franchise mode, adding buyouts for CPU teams is pretty game changing@@RoloDoesSports
