Какие могут быть претензии к воротчикам при такой игре в защите?При первом голе пегов,Уолкер не смог заблокировать Иофало а Тренин бросил "своего" Густавсона и поехал в угол!При втором голе Джонсон проспал пас за спину,не успел развернуть корпус.Пеги в защите играли еще хуже,в вину Хели можно поставить только попадание под прессинг Тренина.

I foresee the rest of the series will be the jets playing insanely rough hockey because that all they have left but will take a lot of penalties and with Avs on PP often they will lose and be exhausted as the series continues.

Hellebuyck giving up 10 goals in the first 2 games is something i never imagined. I know the Avs are a high scoring team but man 10 goals. This series is awesome though. It has 7 games written all over it. 6 or 7. Georgiev played well tonight.

JM had a monster game last night. He didn't take his bad performance in game 1 lightly and he came ready to redeem himself. One of the best players on the ice last night for sure. Glad he got on the scoresheet as well.

He was good in Game #1 too. If you go back and watch the goals that were scored against him, in my opinion, he only let in one bad goal. As for tonight, neither goal was his fault.

Classy,intelligent & measured/realistic comment.I work at Ball,& it's gonna be off the chain...just like WPG was,& Ball was for 1st 2 Nuggets games-this looks like 7 games to me.I said Jets in 7 before the series-cuz of our goaltending uncertainty & Drouen/Girard injuries-Girard should be back for game 3 or 4 though.But hope im wrong,& if we get defense/goaltending like that-which is no guarantee-we are as tough to beat as anybody. But I totally respect your team. (except Scheflie-cant stand him.But very good player,& phenomenal goal tonight) And though much of it wasn't Hellunbucks fault-I never dreamed we'd score 10 times off him these 2 games. However the Jets surprisingly made several uncharacteristic,awful defensive mistakes in both games-I expect to see a different Hellunbuck,& more sound Jet defense this weekend.And I expect it'll most likely be 2-2 after Sunday.Though loser of game 3 will be under big pressure 4 sure.

@@JasonSmith-pe5py appreciate real fan talk always. Helly needs to play like he’s our best player to win the series. Right now it’s not good enough. With that said though we won’t win many games scoring 2 goals, especially vs a high powered team like the Avs. Need to get our 2nd line going and be tougher on you guys in the neutral zone, otherwise McKinnon and Cale will eat us alive, like they do to everyone. Game 3 will be very tough and we gotta show up with our best. Cheers and can’t wait to see that crowd Friday!

Hot Take - Colorado's goalie had a terrible game 1 and handed the Jets Game 1 on a Silver Platter and Colorado almost came back. Colorado now has the home ice advantage with 3 of the last 5 games at home

@@andrewchapman5659 I don't think Georgie was *that* bad in game 1. There were a couple he definitely should have had, but there were also a couple defensive breakdowns I don't pin on him. And yeah, the Avs are not having any issues scoring at the other end. No worries there. Hopefully they'll win two in Denver and put a stranglehold on the series.

When fans get overconfident about their team, it leads to disappointment. Jets fans were the epitome of this today. This is an even series with both goalies having bad games. We'll see how it fares in Denver on Thursday. Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come for Georgiev and the rollercoaster ride that is the Avalanche blueline.

@@Corwin1141 even series, we'll see what happens. the avalanche have momentum going into their arena, where they're most dominant. georgiev had a bad game and the avalanche did outplay the jets in game 1, but the jets capitalized on the avalanche's mistakes. there is no humble pie, we'll see what happens.

This reminds me of the 2022 flames oilers series ...flames won game one 9-6 and smith stunk but Markström didn’t look sharp either I said to myself the flames are in trouble ...they didn’t win another game Smith played much better and Markström was BRUTAL!!!

Big win for the avs..not a great first 25-30 minutes but they put it together nicely and georgiev shut the door..19 goals in 2 games I didn't see that coming but 13 between them in game 1. Jets have to play the same way on the road in mile high altitude and hellybuck needs a statement game..great series so far
