@@shug2795 I think we all knew it wasn't gonna happen when the refs called 2 weak penalties on the Leafs to give Tampa a 5 on 3. It's also kinda funny that they stopped calling penalties in OT when TB started really getting dirty. The biggest issue I have are the die hard Leafs fans. It's great to support your team and all but the league and all other fan bases know that Toronto doesn't have to win anything to still have the support from the fans which sadly includes billions of dollars spent on things such as tickets, merchandise, etc.

Due to Toronto's track record, they've kinda become the team to hate amongst Canadian NHL teams, because they always seem to fall short. That said, I'm a Sens fan only because I'm from Ottawa, so I cheer for the hometown team and they're a far worse team. I'm gonna cheer for an Ontario team even if it's the Sens cross-province rivals because at least geographically it's close. This Sens fan is backin' the Leafs!

i think the hate on the leafs is frustration of years of being losers( the team not the commenters) i don't blame them. you bring in star after star and can't get out of first round. Just had to flip it deep. Simple safe road hockey! Especially playoffs! That pass back to a Bolt for a breakaway, instead of a safe dump was so over the top worst play I witnessed in my many years of watching playoff hockey! What I saw live with my own eyes has me questioning if a team can be cursed? A guy who doesn't believe in them or that foolishness! Ah and yes, his encore? Be a reckless clown with your stick by their face and the obvious happens, you smack him and put your team down 2 for 2! They played better than I thought and would have won, so that gives me hope for the next and final one.

They played incredible in OT. They lost a hard faught game that could have ended either way and that’s hockey. Anything can happen in game 7.

@@vincentvassallo1062 actually not sure what game your watching, but that stretch pass to Matthews from Giordano was horrendous, which caused Matthews to do what he did. John Tavares also had a chance to stop the play from going in the defensive zone, he failed as well.
