It would probably take longer, so probably not realistic. But i think another way to do this could be differenciating what happens when the heist is successful or failed. It could be something like a successful heist actually steals the players, but the other team could stay alive, but when the heist is failed, the team would be eliminated, more of like a going to jail, because they were caught trying to rob the other team
