Seeing that in person, row M sitting behind the net seeing the caps shoot twice and seeing the comeback live was memorable and being 18 seeing Ovechkin and Strome getting the comeback goals was awesome what a game even though they lost that was a good game and got a point and i saw the best game of the road trip

What has happened to Oettinger??? He used to be an elite goalie in the NHL...This season he has performed like an ECHL or AHL goalie at best.....

I'm thinking the same thing. Something isn't right with him, either physically or mentally. If he plays like this in the playoffs, the Stars will be out in the 1st rd for sure as it looks like they are playing either Colorado or Winnipeg in the opening round

He's had a couple of LBIs if I'm not mistaken, that can F a goalie up. Didn't get to train as much so you get cold and aren't in form.

He’s not sharp mentally, I think the break will let him redial everything in, so i believe it’s been a pretty bad cold stretch

He's playing possum. He'll be ready come playoff time. In the meantime, the Stars are way more entertaining than the Monty/Bones era of 2-1 and 3-2. 💤💤💤💤💤💤💤

No. Not at this pace. He's not lacking playmakers. He IS the playmaker. He's older, slowing down. It happens to everyone.

@@Mike-pd6np I think he might get traded, play on the 2nd line, and get back into a 30+ goal season pace. He only needs 64 more goals and had still played almost 100 less games than Gretzky. He can clearly still shoot, but noone else on this WSH team is enough of a threat to not just stick a guy on him during the powerplay. He’s getting it done during this contract

@Christoph5782 he's played about 100 less games and has about 1000 less points as well lol I highly doubt it happens. He can shoot, gretzky can still shoot, it's just not there anymore. If he breaks it then that's awesome, but I'm pretty confident it's not happening.

Ну вот зачем выпускать Овечкина в овертайме? Какая-нибудь ошибка и трое против двух. Не успевает он возвращаться. Его только в большинстве выпускать, в равных составах и то уже опасно для своих. Возраст, что ни говори.

Саня забил гол, а остальное побоку. Когда грецке играл было всё по другому, во первых вратари были не так оснащены и главное скорости были намного ниже. Вспомним Харламова, он канадцев и американцев со своей скоростью как пацанов делал, его постоянно били по ногам и прижимали к бортам. Так что не надо сравнивать. Лет через двадцать, тоже будут говорить о Сане и уже говорят, что он, как и Грецке бог на льду.

Чушь не пори свою патриотичную. Во времена Грецки защиты толком не было, такой как у Овцы сейчас. Там просто убивали на льду. И столько забить это нереально в те времена. Ща не хоккей а гомосня...

Ahh, today we witnessed what is the backbone of Ovirated's career, scoring goals when they are a man up. Even considering him as the goat is a crime. He's also topping the charts with empty netters but we didn't see that side of his illustrious career today. Warms my heart to watch him get beaten in OT.
