Every single game. I watch the games, rewatch the highlights, and MacKinnon is literally just flying he's so goddamn fast. It's crazy to watch how quick he just moves around everyone.

Mackinnon has ridiculous speed, agility; movement and shot release. He's on frightening levels right now, bossing most games. Top win for the Avs, rolling nicely towards play-offs, the itch for another cup just got more intense

After tonight and the all star break, the Avs go on a 6 game road trip. With the return of Lehkonen, I expect to see a tighter game played on defense. One of the six games is against the Panthers. They need to return the favor by ten fold

Its already looking tighter. The Parise signing is a little weird to me, but we'll see how that works out.

@soulknife20 not weird at all. It's the difference between having macdermid or olufsson in your lineup vs Parise who scored 21 last year. I'll take that on my 4th line any day for 825k. He is great at working the boards and scoring greasy goals around the net, exactly what our team could use more of. It's just min maxing the roster for zero cost in assets. He's a notorious hockey hound too, he'll fit right in on the Mack bus culture

@landonlc4 If he can bounce Macdermid off that line, which i assume he will, that line is gonna have some teeth. When he played for Jersey, they loved him and it sounds like its the same with the Islanders. We could use a little of that Islanders style hockey

Atm Avelanche moves on like avelanche. Looks unstoppable. Natan especially. But... Injuries of key players can change everything.. Lets hope they stay safe. Teams like Kings are just piece of cake. Georgiev played outstanding game too. That helped.

The “roaring-20s” line is on fire. This year’s new additions have found their stride, and the Avs have massive forward depth. Just hoping that a serious veteran D-man and backup goaltender are picked up by the trade deadline.

@AC-nq6os Parise is a solid defensive forward. And having Lehky back has tightend up that defense, at least from what i've seen the last couple of games. Hopefully the Avs can grab a cheap, serviceable backup

Look at those pathetic hockey helmets. Is that the helmet of a warrior? Nope, it's a branded cattle. Nothing says "I'm a big bad L.A. King" like an American Express helmet...... That's pathetic. ‘suggest you let that one marinate bud’. Avs have same cap space as everyone else. They just manage it better and draft better. GMs matter. Also Bednar is really good at putting the players he has into the best positions to be successful. Combine that with the off ice habits the organization emphasizes and there you have it. Having a couple of the best players in the world on your team doesn’t hurt either…
