A bit of a weird one, but last night the Avs radio announcer was happy about the Toews/Graves rhyming defensive pair, and then Renouf and Luff got into a fight. The announcer worked himself into a giggle fit commentating the fight with other things that rhymed with “-uff”. Not sure if it’s a hat pick but it was my favorite hockey moment this week.

Can't believe you missed Price's OT save on Boeser. The whole play is great from Boeser going through the defenders and Price pulling it back from the brink. Pure hat pick material.

What I always love about Steve's videos is the unbridled joy in celebrating great plays and accomplishments. And even for the Dang-Its, the focus is on commiserating with the bad luck and having a sense of humour for mistakes that are bound to happen in such a fast-paced sport. Steve Dangle is too rare and he's what I remember about being a fan when I was younger. Don't lose the mirth and merriment, Steve... it's in short supply.

The barzal finish was just down right disgusting to my Sabres and I can’t complain. But dear god! The rest of the those hat picks were Beauts! I was smiling and laughing with a stank face watching the entire time. Bravo Dangle and Producer Drew!

Honestly, it’s amazing how good goalies have gotten. Those things happen seemingly constantly now, it was like a once in a lifetime thing for some goalies even 10-20 years ago if they made that kinda save. Except Dominik Hasek.

North division is getting interesting for sure. Especially now that Edmonton passed Winnipeg and Montreal and is 4 points behind Toronto, not to mention that Edmonton seems to be really heating up now so I'm interested to see what happens there. Toronto is a juggernaut right now, but Edmonton is looking to be hulking up themselves.

Thank you so much for putting in Barzal’s goal. I was one of the guys who last week demanded that Barzal’s goal be put in. For a while, I thought you were biased against Isles. If you want to know why, look at your last LFR after Leafs lost to Bruins. One suggestion, what about Troy Grosenick giving up only one goal for LAK after not having an NHL start for seven years
