Thanks for getting me back in to drag racing, I grew up watching it on the Nashville Network, in my late teens early twenties I pitted for dirt track cars and then life got in the way. I started seeing your videos on my feed and your personality got invested in you and the team. I know it cliche but seeing someone so down to earth is heartwarming, especially on the internet. Of all the NHRA/IHRA Driver's I've met over the years I have to say that Clay Millican is by far THE MOST Down To Earth Driver I've yet to meet! Might not get to ever meet him if my Cancer gets its way but I can Watch him on my Screen anyway!! STOMP THAT LOUD PEDAL MISTER CLAY!!! You DO DO IT THE CLAY WAY!!

I love the NHRA and I love Clay. My wife really had no desire to watch drag racing until we went to Maple Grove the first time about 10 years ago. Now she loves this type of drag racing. Thanks for shadowing Clay. There's not a better ambassador for the sport.

Been watching NHRA for years but will be going to my first live NHRA event at Summit raceway parkin Norwalk, OH the end of June with a family member that is also a first time spectator. Can't wait because I know it will be out of this world to watch top fuel make some runs down the track.....

He's an experienced driver who not only cares about winning, but also cares equally about his team and the sport of drag racing as a whole! NHRA be glad you have him! The NHRA shouldn’t have let the Bandimere’s sell out our community and cease operations for no reason, for a facility that was kept In pristine shape. The excuses and corruption that resulted in the loss of Bandimere Speedway is a disgrace and I’m sure a huge weighing disappointment for even the NHRA community. But to the humans trying to find solace in this struggling climate, you shot us and your fans in the foot. You took advantage of an old man who MADE RACING GREAT AGAIN, made him look silly instead of GROWING THE SPORT HERE IN COLORADO

The NHRA does not own the tracks they race on, they rent them. That does not give them a say in what the track owners can or cannot do.

@@mickeym2380 I get it, John Bandimere was taken advantage of, he gave our community something to do during Covid. They locked him up in court for opposing the corrupt state/federal government. He won in court. I volunteered at the track for years before Covid and becoming just a part time employee. There is a whole family of Bandimere’s that were left behind by the whole ordeal. A lot of dedication and passion just thrown out the window. The attendance was showing record numbers and revitalizing the sport as a whole, giving the community a back-bone to thrive on. John was cornered into selling the real estate surrounding the track, then he got cornered into doing this. Fact of the matter is if the NHRA abandons the prospect of coming bacc, it won’t hurt their brand so what your saying is safe for them to say.

@@mickeym2380 When the events were booming during and post Covid, it brought a lot of Clean attention to the track and the attendances stayed way up. The elites literally got rid of a Great thing to SPITE our community. The Bandimere’s could have handed it off but didn’t, that’s corruption at its effing finest
