Correction- NHS contributes 14.3% based from basic pay. Pension of nhs staff would be employee contribution (% varies depending on salary)+ employer contribution 14.3%

Thank you haha. Its called taglish haha. I do try to accomodate and label it english if I do speak english. As for guest, I let them speak whatever language they are comfortable with 😁

Saya sana kung di ban sa Pinas pag-alis ng nurses, yung tipong nagpakahirap ka pasa mga exams na mahal para isang nurse dito sa Pinas dahil sa liit ng sahod, tagal mo pinag hirapan tapos pipigilan ka lang, 7years na po ng serbisyo dito sa Pinas bilang kontraktwal Nurse lang siguro naman po sapat na yun tulong sa bayan wag na pigilan.
