No court should be under any illusion that they can just swat the prohibitions of the Fourteenth Amendment down and make that Constitutional law go away (including the U.S. Supreme Court). Failing to agree with the self exsecuting instructions of Section Three (by any court) exposes that court to the same Constitutional sanctions in Section Three (i.e., as not being fit for their Judcial office), because that court has now engaged in unlawful rebellion against the Constitution--by failing to uphold the highest Laws of the land. Thus, SCOTUS is not just charged with interpeting the Constitution, but also uphold its laws against any and all violators--including itself. That law will not go away quietly in the night, for it will be demanded of every rebellious courts to either uphold the law, or suffer lawful removal from office.
